Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds minus the cost of the class will be given for the driving portion only. Students may reschedule another class date if they are unable to attend the original class with a 2-week notice. Please call as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend any class. We can’t guarantee when another class will be available and another $100 deposit is required.
Disabled Students
Students with speech or learning disabilities should notify LIVINGSTON DRIVING ACADEMY prior to enrolling and will be eligible for alternative teaching and testing techniques. However, your child must be able to comprehend and retain the important materials that are covered in our class. We are not able to accommodate hearing-disabled students at this time, and we do not offer classes in other languages except English. You will need to contact the Office of Motor Vehicles for approval and the names of the driving schools that can accommodate you.
