Teen and Adult Driving School in Watson, LA
Learning to drive is a huge milestone in your child's life. But for parents, this rite of passage can be a nerve-wracking experience. That's where we come in. At LIVINGSTON DRIVING, we have been providing safe driving instruction for teens throughout Watson, Denham Springs, Walker, Central and Livingston,and beyond for more than 24 years. Whether you're preparing your teen for their Learners Permit, License or DMV test or looking for a defensive driving course, we have you covered. Before your teen hits the road, they need a strong foundation of safe driving skills and supervised driving experience. That's why, at LIVINGSTON DRIVING, we offer a variety of specialized driver's education courses designed with the needs of young drivers in mind. If you're looking for comprehensive driver's ed classes from skilled instructors, you've come to the right place.
While our goal is to help young people stay safe on the road, ongoing practice is necessary to achieve this. Once students have completed our course, parents are responsible for riding alongside them for a minimum of 50 hours total, 15 of which must be at night.

Class for 15-17 year olds
Required to get TIP card from DMV prior to class.
- 30 hours of class
- 8 hours instruction behind wheel
- Receive completion certificate in sealed envelope (Don't lose it)
Class for 18 and older
Required to get TIP card from DMV prior to class.
- 6 hours of class
- 8 hours behind wheel
- driving test is included
Final driving test
- Make an appointment
- Parent must be present
- Bring your own car
- Must have insurance and registration
- must have learner's permit 180 days and have made 16 years old.

I have been teaching for over 23 years and drove a school bus for 30 years for East Baton Rouge and trained bus drivers for 5 years. Mother or 3 and 7 grandchildren. and now recently married again.
Corie Crain
She has worked for us for over 10 years. She is a Mom of 2 kids and is a grandmother of two. She has plenty of patience and the students love her. She has a great sense of humor and stays so calm with the students.
Britney Knight
Britney is a mother of 2 and has been teaching at Live Oak High school for 20 years. She is also my daughter and she is great as a classroom instructor. The time and effort she puts in is unbelievable. She is like the energizer bunny, she keeps going and going etc
Kathy Griffin
She has worked for us for over 5 years. She is a Mom of 1 and a Grandmother. She drives a School bus for Livingston Parish. She has plenty of patience and the students love her. Her no-nonsense approach is something the Students can relate to. She prepares them well. for all sorts of situations

About Us
LIVINGSTON DRIVING is a full-service driving school that's passionate about instilling safe driving habits in adults and teenagers. We are starting our 23 year in the driving school business. Staffed by a team of experienced instructors, our academy provides one-on-one instruction designed to teach fundamental skills and defensive driving practices. Additionally, our comprehensive classroom module includes everything from textbook, workbook, and video education to guest lectures from law enforcement officials.
